i found his towel hanging on the door.
Drag my hand,
my nose approached the towel,
then i smell it
I miss the smell of him....
And i really miss him so much!

Kampachi Pavilion

We supposed to date out for jogging this evening. Due to the bad wheather, we forced to cancel it and stay at home. Gosh, is time for dinner, what am i going to had for this night? Called in the right time, my fatty dated me out for Japanese food.

Fatty : "Any recommendation for japanese food?"
Mcfadden : " What about Kampachi Pavilion?"
Fatty : "Great! Get ready yourself. I'm on my way now." 
Salmon Carpaccio
Keen in the thin sliced of salmon topped with toasted sliced garlic, spring onion and fish raw.

 Chicken Cutlet in Curry Rice
I should said the rice was so soft and great! Although the rice was plenty, but i will force myself to finish the rice even though i was full :P

Cod fish was so juicy. The juice just like totally cover inside the flesh, when you bited the flesh inside your mouth, all the juice will running all over the mouth. Bravo chef who grilled the cod fish!

 Be frank, it been a while we didn't went out for our food hunting. I was so enjoyed and appreciate the moment that we've be together. Yes, i did had a great night with my fatty and was a full night for my stomach.

Minced Meat with Tauchu Sauce & Stir-fried Celery with Prawns

My last week cooking spirit still burn on, let's carry on for the burning. Today my home cooking were Minced Meat with Tauchu Sauce & Stir-fried Celery with Prawns. Against, was a simple recipe whose everyone of you can simply cook at home. But, make sure prepare the ingredients before you start.

The reason that i choise minced meat was, it's easy to cook :) and perfect match with rice (specially the tauchu sauce). You might request to add on your rice with this dish.
Minced Meat with Tauchu Sauce
Ingredints : minced meat, tauchu sauce, garlic (mashed), sugar, cili padi (as your own preference)

Cooking Method :
1) Put some oil to heat up the wok, then saute the garlic.
2) Put the minced meat to let it cook for 3 minutes.
3) Place the tauchu sauce and sugar, stir fried.
4)  Pour some water to let it simmer for around 6-10 minutes.
5) When serving, advised to leave some sauce with the minced meat.
Tips:  Reason to add some sugar is because the tauchu sauce was salt in base, so we need some sugar to balance back the taste.

Stir-fried Celery with Prawns
Ingredients : celery, fresh prawns, garlic, shao xin wine

Cooking Method :
1) Some oil to heat up, then put the garlic.
2) Follow by celery, salt and shao xin wine, cook it around 2 minutes
3) Place the fresh prawns and pour some water to simmer for 3 minutes.
4) Ready to serve.

My First Home Cooking Diary

Long time ago, has been promised my fatty to cook a meal for him. One year gone, 2nd years gone, third years...


**Pop** Is time for me to drag out from the lazy hole to elaborate my cooking skill.


Honestly, this is my first time cooking. (dont include for the college pratical)
Be frank, i'm cook lover. I'm keen in cooking. Beside that, i always believe my cooking is the best! (must self confident then only can spread it on  my dished)


Here we start for my first dish.
Braised Chicken with Sliced Mushroom
Basic Ingredients : cut chicken, sliced mushroom, sliced ginger, sliced garlic, oyster sauce
Cooking Method : First, put some oil, then follow by the garlic, ginger and chicken. Cook the chicken for a while, then put the sliced mushroom, oyster sauce, salt and water to simmer. Simmer it with half portion of water until the chicken meat is tender and mushroom fully soak with the chicken juicy.

Stir-fried Green Bean with Dry Shrimps
Ingredients : green beans, dry shrimp(diced), diced garlic, oyster sauce
Cooking Method : Put some oi, diced garlic and dry shrimps(diced). Then put the green beans to cook togethers. Braised the green bean with water for around 3 minutes. Ready to serve.

My classis

Gosh, amazing to looked what i've done this afternoon. Thought it hard to cook a simple meal, but actually i was wrong. It just so simple and the point is you need to put some effort and passion on it. A passion meal maybe were not the best (since is my first cooking), but i'm belive in future my cooking skill might improve in advance. I'm talent in culinaire :P I'll carry on for my 2nd cooking diary.

Fatty, i knew it was not as best from your sensitive tongue. I had try my best to complete it. Wish it would not made you dissapoited.
